Information we collect
When you contact Blastn or place a guest order, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, vehicle or enquiry details where relevant, cart contents, promotional code, order reference and marketing preference.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, process guest orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, maintain business records and operate and improve Blastn services.
Payments
Payment providers process payment information needed to authorise and complete transactions. Blastn does not store raw payment card details. Payment providers may separately collect and process information under their own privacy terms.
Order fulfilment
For merchandise orders, information required to manufacture, pack and deliver an order may be provided to Printful as Blastn merchandise fulfilment provider. This can include recipient and delivery information and the products ordered.
Transactional messages
Blastn may use Resend to deliver transactional email such as order, payment, fulfilment and customer-service messages. Information necessary to send those messages may be processed by that provider.
Marketing choices
Marketing is optional. Choosing not to opt in to marketing does not prevent you from placing an order. Where you opt in, Blastn may use your supplied contact information for Blastn news and marketing offers, and you can opt out of future marketing communications.
Business records
Order and transaction information may be retained where reasonably required for tax and recordkeeping obligations, accounting, dispute handling and other lawful business purposes.
Protection of the store
Blastn and its service providers may process limited order, payment, device or technical information where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention and security, abuse prevention and protection of the website and payment systems.
Service providers and overseas processing
Some technology, payment, email or fulfilment providers may process information overseas or through international processing infrastructure. Their handling of information is also governed by their applicable privacy terms and legal obligations.
Your information
