General
These terms apply to use of the Blastn website and, where applicable, purchases made through the Blastn merchandise store. Information on the website may change as products, services and operating capability develop.
Pricing and currency
Blastn merchandise base pricing is set in Australian dollars (AUD). Where the store presents another supported currency, the amount confirmed in the checkout quote for that order applies. Prices, discounts, tax and shipping are calculated using the rules displayed or applied at checkout.
Orders
Order submission does not constitute acceptance. Blastn may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment where reasonably necessary, including because of payment failure, unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or a material fulfilment problem. If Blastn cannot proceed after receiving payment, Blastn will provide an appropriate refund or other remedy.
Payments
Payment must be successfully authorised or captured through an available payment method before an order can proceed through the applicable paid-order and fulfilment process. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers.
Delivery
Merchandise fulfilment is subject to product availability, production capability and delivery services. Production and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Current shipping rules are set out in the Shipping Policy.
Offers
Promotions, discount codes and launch offers may have eligibility, expiry, usage, product or stacking conditions. A promotion does not require Blastn to accept an order affected by a genuine pricing, availability, payment or fulfilment error.
Returns
Voluntary exchanges and change-of-mind arrangements are described in the Returns & Exchanges Policy. Refund, repair, replacement and other remedies for faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect goods remain subject to applicable law, including statutory consumer rights.
Ownership
Blastn names, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, written material and other intellectual property on the website remain owned by Blastn or the relevant rights holder and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission except where permitted by law.
Australian consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Statutory consumer rights apply in addition to any voluntary Blastn store policy.
Customs enquiries
Submitting a Blastn Customs website enquiry does not create a booking. Work is only booked after the requested scope is assessed, the applicable quote or agreed scope is accepted, and any required booking fee or deposit condition is satisfied.
